Our raison d'être is to create the itineraries that other tour operators will whimper away from because of their fear of the complexity. Of course, specialising in complex multi centre itineraries doesn’t mean we don’t offer similarly memorable single centre long haul holidays. Holidays represent one of the biggest single items of expenditure people make. It is therefore essential to have the confidence that your money is secure. Below is the key information you need to know about how your money is protected in the unlikely event of us going out of business
When you pay us, all the monies go into a trust account managed by nominated trustees of the Travel Trust Association. We do not have any access to your money. Your money is held in the trust account until you return from holiday.
The trustees may pay our suppliers for your holiday, if they have been pre-approved by the association. In such circumstances an insurance policy is issued for every one of these suppliers and in the event of us becoming insolvent, the insurance policy protects your money

All bookings that included a flight made by us are protected by ATOL. Even with ATOL protected bookings, your money is held in the trust account offering a secondary layer of protection.
ATOL protection will either be provided by the Tour Operator that we act as an agent for or under our own ATOL licence where we act as the principle. Some of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. This website will provide you with information on the protection that applies in the case of each holiday and travel service offered before you make your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected.
