Kubu Safari Lodge

Located just a short twenty-minute drive from Hoedspruit town and a convenient ten-minute distance from Hoedspruit Airport en route to the Timbavati Gate, Kubu Safari Lodge is strategically positioned as an ideal hub for exploring the surrounding area. Our lodge features 48 spacious and cosy rooms that harmoniously blend contemporary conveniences with the captivating charm of traditional African aesthetics.The lodge itself spans over twenty-five hectares of unspoiled natural bush, boasting over one kilometre of picturesque Klaserie River frontage. It’s in this pristine environment that the lodge conducts captivating bush walks, guided by certified experts, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the captivating sights and sounds of the wilderness. Kubu Safari Lodge update: The lodge has been substantially upgraded with new furniture and softs including linen and décor, and canvas animal prints in main areas and rooms. The Boma has been completely revamped as well as the bar area at the boma. The deluxe rooms have been refurbed and new softs The gym and the new spa will be opening in the next 2 months, the spa will have 2 treatment rooms (both his and hers or singles) as well as a nail bar. The gym will have a multi-weight machine, treadmill, bike, spa pool and sauna. The outside patio is being expanded around the pool to allow for more outside dining. There will also be a new lounge on the upper level of the main area soon.
